a bit of time spent out on the lawn today, working on a stitched scene, reading whole living, drinking a smoothie, and peering up every once in a while to watch the hummingbirds coming in to the feeder. hope you're having a good weekend too. we just came back from the beach and now seems like a good time to start some dinner.

The weather was crap today (Saturday) but yesterday was miraculous and I worked out in the garden all day in just a sweater! I raked and cut back the scraggly stuff and got to really inspect all of the new growth! It really was a lovely day.
I'm so excited to sit in the yard and soak in the sun. I saw your photo and just thought- YES! That is what I'm looking forward to this summer!
